Action Inclusion helps organizations design inclusive workplaces and develop inclusive leaders.As a strategist, consultant and speaker on topics of global inclusion, organizational diversity, inclusive leadership, women as leaders, cross-cultural intelligence and high impact communication, CEO Sangita Kasturi, has spoken and led workshops in North America, Europe and Asia, working with many Fortune 500s, mid-size and non-profit organizations. Sangita’s multi-disciplinary background spans more than 15 years in a broad cross-section of industries. She is recognized for her ability to key in on critical data and partner effectively at every level of the organization.

Sangita has been published and featured in Working Mother magazine, Forbes, GE Leadership Series “Brilliance Rising”, Diversity MBA and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). She was the keynote for International Women’s Day 2017 and 2018 at KPMG, and has spoken at the Illinois Diversity Council, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Disrupt HR, FUEL Milwaukee and more, and released a TED Talk on gender and culture. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Sangita served on the board of directors with the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee and is a board director for Chicago’s Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a founding member of the Chicago chapter of Women on Boards 2020. Sangita is adjunct MBA professor at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where she teaches executive success skills, effective leadership, global diversity and transformational change. She has been recognized numerous times for “Contributing to Excellence in Learning”. Sangita is a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator and Change Management Professional. She is the winner of an Associated Press award for journalistic excellence.

Sangita has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from Northwestern University.
